Designed and deployed mobile broadcast production systems for Red Sands defense industry events, engineering complete fly-pack production environments capable of operating in non-traditional field locations. The work required ruggedized, rapidly deployable systems that deliver broadcast-grade quality in austere environments.
The production infrastructure included multi-camera systems, live switching, multiviewer monitoring, and streaming capabilities—all packaged in road cases for rapid deployment and teardown. The systems supported live demonstrations, keynote presentations, and real-time event coverage distributed to remote stakeholders.
The deployment also included the integration of large portable LED walls used for live keynote backdrops, briefing visuals, and immersive presentation environments. The walls were processed, color-matched, and synchronized to the live production switcher so on-screen content cut cleanly to broadcast and stream feeds with no rolling-shutter or moiré artifacts on camera.
The project demonstrated the versatility of broadcast systems integration beyond traditional studio environments, applying the same engineering discipline to mobile production in challenging field conditions.
